Yoga Retreat
A special retreat of entering into the heart and treating yourself to a special experience for the new year. It is a
most peaceful way to begin the new year for men and women.

Madeleine Sophie program aims to develop women in Faith, Leadership and Service It offers a rich and diverse opportunity enabling participants to become aware of their reality, recognise their dignity, and discover their potential and to be formed as leaders with the capacity for interdependence, solidarity and responsibility.

8th Labryinth reflection day
This is an opportunity to nurture your personal spirituality through the exploration of the labyrinth, a spiritual symbol which represents your passage through time and experience. There will be times of input, reflective activities and gentle times of reflection and sharing.

A day for carers
This day would be informative and helpful to professional carers as well as those who carry out this task in other capacities. E.g for those caring for sick at home.

Weekend Retreat for Educators
The aim is to help teachers become aware of their core beliefs and values this will be through attentiveness to teacher
spirituality and identity and integrity of the teacher. Through poetry there will be time
for reflection on the high and lows of this profession.

Guided Retreat - International Visitor
Visiting from America, Barbara Bowe is
Professor of New Testament at the Catholic Theological Union in Chicago author of Foundations of Spirituality: Touching a Finger the Flame.
Barbara will lead this guided retreat.

This retreat follows the format of the Madeleine Sophie programme but this year there will be an emphasis on Care of the Earth and walking respectfully the Labyrinth.

Twilight meeting: Introduction to Ignatian prayer
St Ignatius wrote his exercise as a way of helping us to see
and find the will of God- we call it discernment. This evening
will include some input, an introduction to Ignatian prayer, and
guidance through at least one of his exercises

Karen is a bereavement counsellor working with the Bowral District hospital.

Film Night - a "Noticing God" "As it is in Heaven"

Film is a way of engaging our hearts and spirits that leads us beyond our daily events, into a place of wonder and possibility.
Our Gingko symbol expresses the possibility of transformation and we witness this in the film.

Annual Mass and meeting for alumnae and past parents of schools of the Society of the Sacred heart in Australia and New Zealand.
