It will be time for women to take stock of their lives, to share their stories and gain joy for the journey ahead

1sr - 3rd A retreat for men
This retreat will give men the opportunity to gain insights into their physical/emotional and spiritual growth.

6th Women (not) alone
This retreat day draw on the wisdom of widows and those who have husbands or partners in nursing homes. There will be sessions on practical skills and a time to gain emotional and support from women in like situations, as well as input from local counsellors.
 
October    
18th A day for couples
This day will have elements of general health practices such as exercise, understanding nutrition and allergies.
To make this day possible for couples Baby sitting will be provided.

Eight day retreat
The retreatants are asked to arrive for the evening meal on the 14th and finish after breakfast on 23rd or if you wish to leave after the evening meal on November 22nd .
If you do not want the full eight days it is possible to choose a few days.
