Yoga Retreat
5th - 6th March
This retreat will be given by Lyn Thomas of Sunshine Yoga& Health.
A method of understanding yourself & others in your life – God’s call to be fully human

Young people's health and achieving abalance in life
March 29th 10.OOam - 3.OOpm
This will be a day discussing young people's health and achieving a balance in life. It will be facilitated by Professor Penny. Professor Ronald Penny AO is Medical Director of Good Health Solutions and senior Clinical advisor to the Director General of NSW Health.
Anyone concerned with the health of youth today will find this a
most informative day.

Interfaith Day
5th April
Speakers from Buddhist, Muslim, Jewish and Christian faiths will
speak on the gifts of the faith that strengthen their daily lives.
10am – 3pm

Time for Self Retreat for Women
June 13th -15th
Friday evening 6pm till Sunday 3.OOpm
This retreat will be facilitated by Sisters Mary d'Apice, Betty McMahon
& Philomene Tiernan, Religious of the Sacred Heart.
It will be time for women to take stock of their lives, to share their
stories and gain joy for the journey ahead.

A retreat for men
August 1st – 3rd
Friday evening 6pm till Sunday 3.OOpm
This retreat will give men the opportunity to gain insights into their
physical/emotional and spiritual growth.

Women (not) alone
September 6th 10.OOam - 3.30pm
This retreat day draw on the wisdom of widows and those who have husbands or partners in nursing homes. There will be sessions on practical skills and a time to gain emotional and support from women in like situations, as well as input from local counsellors.

A day for couples
October 18th 10.OOam - 3.30pm
This day will have elements of general health practices such as exercise, understanding nutrition and allergies given by Professor Penny AO.
To make this day possible for couples Baby sitting will be provided

Eight day retreat
November 14th – 23rd
The retreatants are asked to arrive for the evening meal on the 14th and finish after breakfast on 23rd or if you wish to leave after the evening meal on November 22nd .
The retreat is directed by Sr Mary d'Apice rscJ, Sr Betty McMahon rscj, Janette Murray, & Sr Philomene Tiernan rscj.
If you do not want the full eight days it is possible to choose a few days

Associates of the Sacred Heart

The Associates of the Sacred Heart meet the first Wednesday of each month from 10am to 12 noon for prayer and reflection. This is an opportunity for anyone to join in the spiritual life of the Society of the Sacred Heart.

There is prayer every Tuesday morning from 8am to 9am in the Convent.
